Jocelyn is on a mission to find a pile of manure in order to perform a sacred healing ritual on her sibling, a genderless baby enclosed in an antiseptic plastic ball. Unfortunately she has only made it as far as the neighboring suburb. Enter Nicholas, a teenage spy who has been spying on Jocelyn, trying to determine whether she is cosmically expendable or not.
